Top 5 Benefits of Yoga

Tantra Yoga and Hatha Yoga view your body as an extension of your mind. Put in another way, if you change something about your body, you change your mindset as well. Since Yoga's main goal is to refine your mental capacity so you can see the person you are and what the world is really about. Tantra Yoga and Hatha Yoga focus your body as well as your mind, training your body as a way to train your mind. This concept of traditional Yoga has survived in most of the modern Yoga systems.
Yoga poses work in conservative Yoga more or less like rung on a ladder to some sort of place. The ladder of the Hatha Yoga techniques and disciplines results to improved awareness, and for sure when one goes on practising enough, to awareness that see past the casual filters through which a number of of people perceive reality. Such a state of sober and clear viewing is known as Samadhi and its the main goal of every Yoga practice.
Although a lot of people do Yoga poses for the fitness and wellbeing benefits they offer. Asana's have been recognized that the (NIH) U.S Institute of Health, which is the principle government agency responsible for medical health and science, has committed part of its finances to research on health benefits of Yoga asana and breathing.

The benefit of Yoga asana results from the manner in which various poses uses your muscles, joints, breath and mind (in the form of mental focus).
Muscles and Joints: Asanas are physical exercises that involve your joints and muscles, which are your skeleton hinges. They are therefore called musculoskeletal exercise. The average body of a man contains approximately 600 muscles and this makes about 50% of the bod9′s weight. About 40% of the body weight is composed of skeleton muscle that move you, which you can control and feel. The remaining 10 per cent of the body'd muscle weight are organ muscles, such as your heart muscle and the muscle around your blood vessels and intestines, which in a number of instances you are unable feel as well as not able to control. Apparently, any process of body changes, whether the goal is stamina, power, relaxing capacity,or capacity to focus mentally, would need to focus more on muscles. This can be achieved by practicing Yoga.
Strength and Extensibility: Healthy muscles: When one practices a variety of Yoga poses in one session, one usually vigorously contracts muscles and also elongates muscles to their maximum length, making your muscles to be healthy and strong.

Feeling emotions: Your capacity to sense your body which is enhanced by Yoga poses also helps you feel more of emotions. With the practice of Yoga you become aware of what is, of what sensations exist right now in the body and the corresponding thoughts that exist in the mind.
Relaxation: Another important benefit of using your muscle in Yoga practice is reduction of tension, renewal of energy and lessening stress.
Mental Focus: Since one of the Top 5 Benefits of Yoga poses is maximize awareness of yourself and the universe. This will increase your ability to sense yourself and be greatly in touch with what you are really feeling. This is important component of psychological health.
